I told him that I wanted to use the coupon for 25% off of any service or repair. He took care of that and my car was taken care of within an hour. This was my third time of having my car serviced within the past two months, and each time I'm blown away. The service advisors are all very professional, courteous, and attentive. I love the video that's sent to your cell phone from the service technician. Also, I absolutely love the service department waiting room, it's very spacious, excellent coffee, and snacks. The overall experience at Rick Hedrick service department is excellent. I'm a satisfied returning customer.
